About Us

Justin and Tracy Adams share a desire to see people know Jesus deeply, grow in authentic community, and experience the health and wholeness that Scripture calls shalom.

Together, they founded Project Shalom to walk alongside pastors, worship leaders, and ministry teams toward a healthier, more sustainable way of serving. They believe churches flourish when leaders are supported, relationships are healthy, and people have room to grow, be discipled, and find healing.

Meet Justin

Justin Curtis Adams is a singer, songwriter, worship leader, and educator whose passion is helping people connect with Jesus in every area of life.

He holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Colorado State University. With training in opera and musical theater, Justin brings a classical foundation to his work developing musicians and equipping the next generation of worship leaders.

For more than 25 years, he has served in full-time ministry as a worship pastor and taught voice, guitar, piano, and music theory. His experience also includes serving as a guest worship leader and instructor at churches, conferences, and worship institutions.

Through these years of ministry, Justin has developed a deep commitment to caring for the people behind the platform—the leaders, musicians, and teams who faithfully serve their churches.

Meet Tracy

Tracy Adams is a co-founder of Project Shalom, with a heart for helping people feel seen, supported, and valued. She desires to see churches become places where authentic relationships, spiritual growth, and healing can flourish.

Her experience in church ministry and administrative roles has shaped her appreciation for both the people and the practical work that keep a ministry moving. She understands that healthy church culture grows through everyday choices—how people communicate, care for one another, and lead with honesty and compassion.

Through Project Shalom, Tracy shares a commitment with her husband, Justin, to walk alongside leaders toward health, wholeness, and sustainability. She is especially passionate about creating environments where people can ask questions, use their gifts, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Our Heart for Project Shalom

Our heart is to help cultivate churches where pastors are supported, teams serve with trust and clarity, and people can grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Project Shalom brings together our love for the Church and our commitment to the well-being of those who lead it. Through worship support, leadership development, and care for church culture, we want to offer a faithful presence and practical encouragement for the journey.

Our mission is simple: walking alongside leaders toward health, wholeness, and sustainability.

We live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and have a son, Kenny, who attends UCCS.
